How is Demi Activating Liquid mixed and applied?

Mix Demi Activating Liquid 1:1 with the Color Project Demi Color formula of your
choice. Apply to dry or damp hair. Process for 20 to 35 minutes at room temperature
or decrease the processing time by applying heat either from an infrared source or
with a processing cap and dryer. Allow to cool if processed with heat, rinse well, and
finish with a Brocato Constructor Deep Treatment.
